Is there OB3 training and support content available for staff in OB3?
Yes. There is a support and training OB3 course available in OB3. For Ara Institute of Canterbury users, this course can be accessed by authorised staff via Moodle (please contact Ara Learning and Teaching team or OB3 support for further information), other users can contact help@oceanbrowser.com or via intercom to request access to these materials.
How can I access the Departmental or Programme Administration Account (PMA) for my course?
Login to Departmental accounts is via OB3 login (using a username and password) - not via your LMS login. Contact your Department's OB3 co-ordinator to see if you are eligible to access this account and obtain the login details.
