HOWTO Compress a video using Handbrake
You can upload videos directly to OB3 by dragging and dropping the file into a page (or using the paper clip icon in the sidebar and selecting/uploading the file)
Before uploading your video, check out how large it is. If the file is huge (say more than 300Mb, or if it is ginormous - e.g. several GB in size) you should compress it with Handbrake first to get it down to a more mangeable size.
If you have lots and lots of videos to upload, contact OB3 support to discuss other options, we may be able to bulk upload the videos for you and give you links you can paste into your pages.
